Architectural Review

Before doing any building, you must submit building plans to the Architectural Review Committee. This includes, but is not limited to, home additions, fences, extensive landscaping, outbuildings (e.g. storage sheds, pool houses), or swimming pools. The power of this committe is detailed in the restrictive convenants for the entire subdivision and will be enforced in the interest of fairness to all residents. Please allow thirty days response time. All modifications to your lot must be approved before installation. Also remember to have any building permits from the City of Champaign or the County before starting your project.
