Assessment Status Letters
When you sell or refinance your home, the title search will require
a letter from the Cherry Hills Homeowners Association stating
that you are current with your dues. Effective immediately, the
association will require a request five days in advance.
Assessment letters should be requested via e-mail at treasurer@cherryhillsassoc.com or by mail at Cherry Hills Homeowners Association, 2803 Cherry Creek Road, Champaign, IL 61822
Lake Associations
The Cherry Hills Homeowners Association does not have any legal
affiliation with the various lake associations within the subdivision.
As a service, we do post information about these associations
on our website. The following lake associations have posted information:
