Windor Road Entrance Perennial Garden Planted
The new perennial garden was planted the weekend of August 23-24. This is the area that formerly was the Champaign Park District flower garden. The board voted this year to discontinue the contract with the park district and replant the area with a perennial garden in order to reduce our annual maintenance costs. The garden was created at less than 1/2 the annual cost of the park district contract and should only require minimal maintenance each year!
If you would like to know what plants were planted, you can download the garden design. Later this fall, spring bulbs will be planted as well.
New Board Officially Installed
The new Cherry Hills board was officially installed on August 17. Please see the Board Members page for details.
Assessment Status Letters
When you sell or refinance your home, the title search will require
a letter from the Cherry Hills Homeowners Association stating
that you are current with your dues. Effective immediately, the
association will require a request five days in advance.
